Coverage

  • Term: 30 days for manufacturing defects.
  • Start: From the date of delivery.
  • Application: Valid only in Guatemala.

The warranty covers factory defects such as faulty seams, defective materials, or abnormal detachment.

Exclusions

  • Improper use or incorrect care.
  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • External modifications or repairs.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Missing accessories or packaging.
  • Loss, theft, or force majeure.

Requirements

  • Within 30 days.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Product with tags and accessories.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect.

Process

  • Request: Send an email with photos and order number.
  • Review: Initial assessment of the case.
  • Shipment: Instructions for physical review.
  • Inspection: Technical validation of the product.
  • Result: Confirmation by email.

Timelines

The evaluation is carried out within an estimated period of 3 to 7 business days from the receipt of the product.

Solutions

  • Exchange: Replacement with the same product or equivalent.
  • Refund: If not available or preferred by the customer.
  • Store Credit: For future purchases (optional).

If a manufacturing defect is not confirmed, the warranty does not apply, and the customer may retrieve the product, assuming shipping costs.

Costs

  • Approved cases: we cover shipping costs.
  • Non-approved cases: costs borne by the customer.

Relationship with Returns

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects. For exchanges due to preference, the Returns Policy applies.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use.

This policy may be modified at any time. It will apply to purchases made after its publication.
